Liverpool FC end their tour in Asia with a win, but 9 injuries! see the list of big names affected.

Liverpool’s trip to Asia came to an end with a 2-0 win over Crystal Palace in Singapore, but the Reds will fly home with nine injured players.

Singapore wins, but there are 9 injuries
The Reds gave 50,000 fans in Singapore something to cheer about with a 2-0 win against Crystal Palace after a forgettable preseason debut on Tuesday in Bangkok.

After just 12 minutes, Jordan Henderson scored the game’s first goal thanks to some outstanding effort from Harvey Elliott, who has likely been Liverpool’s greatest player this summer.

At the start of the second half, Mohamed Salah, who was introduced after halftime, bent the ball with the aid of a deflection and some dubious goalkeeping.

A successful outcome, but not all good news for Jurgen Klopp.

Diogo Jota and Alisson were already out due to previous injuries, but when the starting lineups were released, it became clear that Joe Gomez, Melkamu Frauendorf, and Tom Hill were all out due to “knocks.”

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain then suffered a hamstring injury in the last moments of the first half, pulling up after taking a shot towards goal.

Not to be forgotten are Caoimhin Kelleher, Calvin Ramsay, and Kaide Gordon, who were all forced to skip the tour owing to personal injuries.

Alisson is likely to be fit to compete in the Community Shield match against Man City later this month, while Jota is anticipated to miss out, according to Klopp, who provided additional insight into the severity of the problems after the game.
