At least three first-team stars are expected to leave Liverpool as part of a January clearout, according to reports that Jurgen Klopp is preparing a reorganization of his club.

The Reds let go of six players over the summer, but Klopp plans to restock his squad as the season progresses.

Prior to the winter transfer window, Liverpool placed three players on the market.

In order to restock his roster and reduce his salary bill, Klopp is willing to transfer center defender Nat Phillips as well as the midfield tandem of Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Fifth-choice center defender for Klopp, behind Virgil van Dijk, Ibrahima Konate, Joel Matip, and Joe Gomez, is Phillips.

Meanwhile, hamstring troubles have limited Keita and Oxlade-participation Chamberlain’s this season as they struggle to overcome the injury difficulties that have dogged their time on Merseyside.
