Liverpool FC recieves major transfer boost in the race to sign Real Madrid transfer target
Liverpool FC have received a major transfer advantage in race to sign Real Madrid transfer target.
The reds are reportedly leading the race to sign Monaco’s sensational midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni this summer following developments at Real Madrid.
According to Marca, the La Liga giants have considered putting their interest in Tchouameni on hold for the time being and wait another year before making a move for him because they are now satisfied with their midfield alternatives.
The article claims that a move to the Premier League for the highly-rated teenage France international is now more possible, however it does not name a specific club.
This follows recent strong links with Liverpool, with RMC Sport reporting that the Reds were among Tchouameni’s major suitors, and it’s understandable that they’d want to bolster their midfield.
Liverpool never got around to replacing Georginio Wijnaldum last summer, so Tchouameni might fill in for him.
