Last summer, Liverpool’s list of potential transfer targets seemed to increase by the hour, but one of the most often mentioned players now appears to be back on the table.
According to sources cited by Football Insider, Liverpool is closely monitoring Brighton player Moises Caicedo.

On the day of the transfer deadline, the Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder got all of our fans pumped up because he started following a number of Anfield stars in the closing hours of the window.
This added to links regarding the Ecuadorian from his home country’s media to our club made it seem as though we were in control of any potential transaction.
There were even rumors that Jurgen Klopp had been told that any interest from the Reds would be prioritized but not until after the World Cup, which surfaced after the transfer season closed.
However, with Graham Potter again leading Chelsea, this might put a wrench in the works, and if the young star wants to rejoin with his previous manager, there may not be much we can do.
In the upcoming season, we will continue to keep an eye on a number of players, but if a move can be made regarding Moises Caicedo in January, we might have to move quickly.
