Erik ten Hag’s rebuilding is set to keep Manchester United busy during the January transfer window.

Rio Ferdinand, the hero of Manchester United, has pushed Jude Bellingham, a midfielder for Borussia Dortmund, to join and make his “home” at his old team.

The playmaker is wanted by a number of clubs, including Liverpool, with Anfield now being seen to be a more likely destination than United.

Erik ten Hag has been pursuing Frenkie de Jong all summer, so it goes without saying that he is dissatisfied with his midfield choices as a whole.

Although they both arrived before the start of the season, Casemiro and Christian Eriksen do not appear to have filled all of the Red Devils’ holes in the middle of the park.

Bellingham has been a longtime favorite of United, and the club is still keen in signing him in 2023 after failing to do so before the teenager signed with Dortmund from Birmingham City in 2020.

Although in the battle to recruit the 19-year-old, they are up against rivals Manchester City, Chelsea, and Liverpool.

Ferdinand has posted a message to Bellingham on his Vibe With Five YouTube channel in an effort to convince the midfielder to disregard the other potential choices. Jude Bellingham has been a sensation in the World Cup, he claimed.

“He has got so much growth, room for improvement still, but he absolutely influenced games in an England shirt like we’ve never seen a teenager do for England. Manchester United, bring him here. Make that your home, Jude.

“You come and help change shift the culture and take the club to the heights it should be at! He’s been flying the flag abroad, he’s done his bit in Germany, it’s time to come home baby.”

In the upcoming transfer windows, Chelsea and Liverpool are both expected to be searching in the same market as United for midfielders.

Jude Bellingham, World Cup “Young Player Award” winner Enzo Fernandez, West Ham captain Declan Rice, and Brighton’s Moises Caicedo are all of interest to the aforementioned teams.
