Mykhaylo Mudryk known as the “Ukrainian Neymar” and Liverpool have been linked less recently, but one can only assume the Ukrainian’s most recent performance in the Champions League drew the attention of the Anfield hiring team.

The Shakhtar Donetsk player assisted his team’s counterattack against Celtic by carrying the ball just past the halfway line and firing a shot past Joe Hart from distance.

It’s a magnificent goal from the highly regarded 21-year-old, who keeps wowing in Europe and raises his value as a result.

Although we shouldn’t be expecting to reinforce the forward line in the near future, it wouldn’t surprise us in the least if Julian Ward and company were keeping an eye on the player known as the “Ukrainian Neymar.”
