“What a player” – Former Reds star Makes shocking and honest admission to Kylian Mbappe Liverpool transfer dream
Former Liverpool left-back Jose Enrique admits he would love for the Reds to be able to seal the transfer of a talent like Kylian Mbappe.
The Paris Saint-Germain forward was in outstanding form yesterday night as he scored two outstanding goals to lead his team to a 2-1 Champions League victory over Juventus.
Mbappe, who initially gained recognition at Monaco when he was a youngster and is currently probably the main player on a PSG squad that also included superstars like Lionel Messi and Neymar, has long been regarded as one of the most promising young players in the world of football.
Enrique acknowledges in the tweet below that he would like it if Liverpool were able to successfully compete in the transfer market for a player of this caliber.
What a player and still 23. Wish we were able to sign players like him because with klopp as a manager I believe we could be the more successful team in the history but is not going to happen pic.twitter.com/ivYFq2eSkh

Mbappe would undoubtedly fit in well with Jurgen Klopp’s system, but superstar signings like this are not typical of Liverpool.
Enrique is free to dream, though, since it would undoubtedly be fantastic to watch and take LFC to new heights.
